I think sylas has an affinity for darkness because most kids who are good sometimes have the greatest tendency to do evil and an easier pathway to darkness, I feel like this is a way sylas could have an affinity for darkness because most kids who are good have been told that they are good their whole lives and being such a good kid they could do no wrong, and yet I feel like these kids are the ones that need to look out for the evil the most because they have yet to be bad and sometimes when you are good your whole life you want to rebel and be something you weren’t growing up. Looking forward to finding out the real reason sylas has an affinity to the darkness magick!
