I think that it is somewhere near the Temple of Air. I think it would be really cool if it was on the top half of the Temple of Air.

I like the guess for sure! The Temple of Air is a really important structure to the Original Kings, and it is hidden pretty well within the storm-surrounded, long-forgotten continent of Mithrendane!
